src feedback:
Just glancing over the generated README file - substiution appears to 
work, except for the @OPTIONAL@ entry.

bin feedback:
gt2-arcgrid.jar did not make it into the binary release (despite being 
in the requiredList.txt file, and having an OK in the attached 
releaseReport).
