We did decide to avoid having core dependent on cts-coordtrans, isn't it?
This means that this interface should be in core, besides, otherwise we
would create a dependency loop since cts-coordtrans already depends=20
on core. I guess this is the problem I encountered at work, but I'm not
sure (I'm at home now)
