#12 dates in gpx output

first of all: thanks for this great tool!!

I was missing correct dates in the gpx output.

So I started learning ruby and changed the code.
Please find my proposals attached (changed files
details.rb, templates.rb based on the
geotoad-3.7.6-BETA1 distribution)

I have tried this distribution and the dates are still
coming up incorrectly. My dates are still coming up
4/22/09. Does anyone know if this project is dead?
