When i try to save a image location, which is in non english path, data is not saved. In my case, it has cyrillic letters. It opens the files without any issues, but when saving, it doesn't return any error, but the file is not saved. I've attached a log file, in case you need it.

Dear me! I don't even know how to start on this one. I do have a copy of Windows for test purposes, but certainly not one that does Cyrillic letters. The log file shows that exiftool can't find the file specified. So I don't know if the problem is with Geotag or with exiftool (and I have no way to find out). Warning: The next bit is a bit technical, but might help someone willing to look into this issue:
A similar problem has occurred before. The problem was that Geotag executed exiftool and passed filenames and other values on the command line and there was a big confusion about character encodings. The solution (that doesn't seem to work in this case) was to write the exiftool arguments to a UTF-8 encoded file (filename stars with 'args' and should be in the same directory as the geotag.log file, but it gets deleted when Geotag closes down). 'exiftool' is then called as 'exiftool -@ argsXXX' and should understand that its arguments are to be found in a UTF-8 encoded file and everything should be fine. For some reason this doesn't seem to work in this particular case.
All I can offer for now is the obvious ugly workaround: Copy the image files to a directory without Cyrillic characters, geotag them and copy them back. I'm not sure what else to suggest at the moment. Maybe someone else has a bright idea?
