The python specific community module is no longer being actively developed. That said you can still get a 2.2 compatible build of it here. http://gridlock.opengeo.org/geoserver/2.2.x/community-latest/ But to be clear this is/was a community module and not an endorsed extension that is released with the other official extensions. The python specific version has been replaced by a newer effort to support multiple scripting languages (including python). You can find more information about that in the docs: http://docs.geoserver.org/stable/en/user/community/scripting/index.html There are not nightly builds of these modules currently coming out so your only option is to build it from source.
