Layer groups service wide "do not exist", in that the are split into their
composing layers the moment
the request is parsed and any notion of the group is lost.

So the request is the same as making a request with the list of layers.
When multiple layers are requested, the http header of the response is
setup to be the lowest
of all the layers requested, so for layer groups it's the lowest cache time
of all the layers making it up.
