#27 Zoom to layer swaps XY

It seems that when I press either "Zoom to layer" or "Zoom to whole area" X/Y values are reversed.

Typical values for my SRID are: X=0-300000 and Y=300000-600000, so X-values are always smaller than Y-values. Zooming shows an area where Y<X and I have to pan manually to the correct area.

    Somewhere over the last 3 years I uninstalled georaptor, because it slowed sqldeveloper down too much (especially the "Data" tab).
    If you want to, I can try to reinstall and see if it's still an issue, but since no one else reported this, I guess it is not.
