Fred,

You shouldn't need to be a registered user to post a message.  *If*
you're subscribed to the mailing list, however, it'll automatically
accept messages from you.  You sent another message in the past that got
caught in the moderator queue because you weren't subscribed to the
list.  I normally look at the queue regularly and approve real messages
(it's normally mostly spam) but in this case I've been away for 2 weeks
on a work/vacation trip....  So, sorry for the delay!

Can you tell me what linux distribution you're using?  Is it ubuntu or
fedora or ...?
