There are a few companies providing Geonetwork commercial support. In 
particular, the founder of Geonetwork, Jeroen Ticheler has started a 
company called Geocat: http://www.geocat.net/About_GeoCat.html

Here in Australia and Oceania region, my employer, LISAsoft provides 
commercial support for a stack of Open Source Geospatial software, 
including Geonetwork:
