#5 Palette item not found

The paltette item of a classification is not found (in case not yet updated) when exporting a bitmap.

Scenario:
File > Open Configuration File > \\OVSRV02\dev\prj\nl_later_trend\cfg\nl07.dms
File > Export Primary Data > Bitmap on item: /Grondgebruik/ggLumos_2003/ggRatio/buiten_centrum_stedelijk
Click OK

Error: 256 color bitmaps require a color palette for the selected (classified) data
Select a palette or create a new one with the Insert New Classifiction

Problem: FillCbxDataItemsOut depends on items (palette in this case) to be scanned before the dialog opens.
Solution: don't depend on DataItemsOut but search through the direct children of the grid, the classbreak and the domain of the classbreaks; compare and synchronize with LegendInfo.cpp
