Maybe you should try the "Linux" source code... you can use
it to compile native binaries on BSD's and other unix. I see
SDL is available for OSX, so should compile on there (the
command line version should work).
Really it is just waiting for some apple user to compile hehe.
For GUI version, you need the accelerated X server for OSX,
and fink ports of some things...
Someone wants to do native aqua version, should be able to
create frontend similar to the gtk version.

no need to bother with this one.

There are no Sega 32X or Sga CD emulators for OS X... just a couple of very poor
Genesis emulators that don't support many of the popular games.
