Summary: GenoPub: need to be able to enter multiple URLs into a Prop

Initial Comment:
It would be nice to be able to enter multiple URLs, comma or space delimited, into a URL property value field.  For example, I'd like to be able to point to several Experiments in GNomEx and have them show under the "Raw Data URL(s)".

Also, on a related note, the URLs entered are huge and need to be truncated.  One way to do this would be to have a pop up appear where the user can enter the actual url and then an alias, then show just the aliases.
