When loading a data track from file the name and path are being lower cased. This makes it hard to read camel cased names. Please leave as it is. I don't know when this started but it is in 6.6.3 (9418).
After navigating to C_elegans_May_2008, dragging in the graph file, and hitting Load Data the name is given as "file:/users/davidnix/desktop/stptest/testofcaseforce6_c_elegans_may_2008.useq-"

Sorry Hiral, I thought it was hitting all file types but you are right. It seems to be hitting useq files when loaded from the desktop, try http://bioserver.hci.utah.edu/TempFiles/TestOfCaseForCe6_C_elegans_May_2008.useq
