Unlike standard application windows, Genius's windows are "sticky". This means that if you use virtual desktops (e.g. CodeTek's implementation on OS X 10.4.11), Genius's windows show up on *all* desktops regardless of the settings in the virtual desktop manager.
Please consider changing this. I can't think of any good reason the windows for Genius should be "sticky" and it is very annoying.
I enabled spaces on 10.5 and couldn't see that genius stayed on all screens. And I don't have a 10.4.11 machine or a copy of codetek. So ... I don't see how I can change the outcome. I don't think I am doing anything in particular that would cause this 'stickiness'.
