No

I am not very knowledgeble about cytochromes, but in trying to find existing complexes for the PRO, I came across this:

cytochrome complex
GO id:GO:0070069
Definition:A protein complex in which at least one of the proteins is a cytochrome, i.e. a heme-containing protein involved in catalysis of redox reactions.

It has no children
But based on the definition, shouldn't all of the other cytochrome containing complexes be children of this term?

cytochrome b6f complex
cytochrome o ubiquinol oxidase complex
mitochondrial respiratory chain complex III
NADPH oxidase complex
plasma membrane respiratory chain complex III
plasma membrane respiratory chain complex IV
respiratory chain complex III
respiratory chain complex IV

    probably yes ... if your PRO work also suggests yes, fine with me if you add the links

    Yes, go ahead and make those relationships, Harold. We've also made you a PRO category to help you keep track of your items.

    fixed parentage to all except NADPH oxidase complex as not clear to me if it has any cytochrome component;
