Hi,

It looks like GO:0033353 S-adenosylmethionine cycle is missing a parent (GO:0046498 S-adenosylhomocysteine metabolic process).
The definition is "A cyclic series of interconversions involving S-adenosylmethionine, S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine, L-cysteine, and L-methionine. Couples utilization of the methyl group of SAM with recycling of the homocysteinyl group and regeneration of methionine."

It already has the parent GO:0046500 S-adenosylmethionine metabolic process (see attached screenshot).

Thanks,
Rachael.

    Added:
    'has participant' some L-cysteine
    'has participant' some L-methionine
    'has participant' some S-adenosyl-L-homocysteine
    'has participant' some S-adenosyl-L-methionine
    => inference:
    'S-adenosylmethionine metabolic process'
    'aspartate family amino acid metabolic process'
    'S-adenosylhomocysteine metabolic process'
    'serine family amino acid metabolic process'
    'sulfur amino acid metabolic process'
