There are some papers showing phage inhibition of the bacterial cell division machinery

so, we need a modulation term and an inhibition child, under
GO:0019054 ! modulation by virus of host process

I wasn't sure whether this would go under modulation of cell cycle, but I am leaning no, because of how cell division is optional in GO:0007049 ! cell cycle
