oops, sent my reply before I saw this ... anyway, we may be 
belt-tightening, but we most assuredly do still go for open access if it's 
offered (not yet so poverty-stricken as to compromise our principles!). I 
would've thought Berkeley would qualify for the less steep 
member-organization rate, also ...
