Initial Comment:
I don't think IPR000342 should have the mapping: 'GO:0004871 signal transducer activity' since the RGS proteins stop signal transduction, and therefore don't pass the signal on.

I've created a new GO (process) term, which would give a more accurate mapping:

termination of G-protein coupled receptor signaling pathway ; GO:0038032

Let me know if you have any questions. GO:0038032 should be visible by tomorrow.

We have a database freeze at the moment, but the GO annotation will be
changed  as you suggested as soon as we can annotate again.
