Hi Val, 
I was a bit confused by this one;
The swiss-prots in IPR003191 are all annotated as induction: By interferon
gamma during macrophage activation. which is where the immune response
comes from, but DDB0204578 (Q54TN9) is not in this entry, its in IPR015900
and IPR015894- neither of which are mapped to immune response.

Am I missing something?
