Suggestion from Michael:

Move everything except funding stuff to a separate web
page. 
Funding notes should stay on the home page, but with
'Funding' 
as the heading.

So the bottom of the home page will have:

Funding
[existing grant and other funding bits]

 Acknowledgements
[hyperlink to page showing all non-funding thank-yous]

... or they can go the other way round; whichever looks
better.
