#15 Update to GOrel to enable use of RNAcentral IDs in extensions

Hello,

In order for us to be able to use RNAcentral identifiers in the annotation extension field of Protein2GO some edits need to be done to the GOrel file.

Could you please add "CHEBI:33697" to the property_value: local_range field of the following relations;

dependent_on
has_regulation_target
has_direct_input
has_input
has_output
stabilizes
