#10 dictyBase dbxrefs

Problem submitted by the Dicty chicks:

"Dictybase" should appear with the following capitalization:

dictyBase

The data affected by this would be

db.name
xref.dbname

I think that the data in the latter is coming out of the gene association files, and will be fixed at their end. If the data in in the db table could be altered, that would be great.

You mean you want to do something like:

update db.name where db.name = 'Dictybase' (values = dictyBase) or something?

If they fix the GA file, then this will appear automatically next Sunday on the FTP site.
