#19 Various changes to GUIREC script

I had edited the GUIREC.py file for the Planescape
Torment in order for the game to behave in similar
fashion to IE.

Changes are:
-Pointing the mouse coursor on various character
attributes now brings up the appropriate help

-Biography screen is now properly working for all the
characters
