Proposal from Ad/Matthe, Add a relation type that expresses that a concept has subtypes that have a particular qualitative aspects (values of a kind of aspect) as their discriminating aspects. The proposed Gellish phrase for the relation type is <has subtypes with as discriminating aspect a> For example: rose <has subtypes with as discriminating aspect a> colour This specifies that there are kinds of roses that are defined by their colour, such as 'red rose', 'yellow rose', etc. The relation type should probably be a subtype of the relation type <can have as aspect a>, because the new relation type implies that the concept has such a relation with such a kind of aspect. Reason: this will add semantic precision to a smart dictionary. Recorded by Andries |
