I like to have multiple ROMs compressed into a single 7zip archive. A Windows frontend, QuickPlay, supports these by showing the zips in the game list with a disclosure button. You can expand them and select a single ROM.
Do you mean a full set in a single file? I'm working in a preliminar support for compressed files, but not in this way. I will get QuickPlay to see what you say.
Like you can put many ROM versions is a single zip or 7zip--for example, if you have a ROM for the US region, and the same game in the EU region, and the original JP release, you can zip them all up and then be able to select one out of that zip from within Gelide. The method in QuickPlay is used primarily for GoodMerged (http://goodmerge.sourceforge.net/About.php) sets, but it'd be cool in Gelide if it were flexible enough to allow for fullsets or other subsets. Really just needs to be able to scan for ROMs arbitrarily within an archive file.
