Publishing GeckoCIRCUITS as full Open-Source Solution

Hi there,

as I told aready some of the users of GeckoCIRCUITS, the software will be published under the GPLv3. Now, finally, I found the time to do so.
The reason why the software will not be continued as a full proprietary / commercial tool is simple: My family became bigger and I decided to start a "normal" job in Industry.
However, this opens the opportunity for GeckoCIRCUITS to start a second life in the open-source community. As a big OS supporter, I am happy and proud to publish the whole software, and I would be happy to see it evolving in the open-source community.

I want to give thanks here to all users of GeckoCIRCUITS that helped to improve the software with their feedback and ideas for improvements. And additionally, I would like to thank all former contributors who worked with mit at Gecko-Research / Gecko-Simulations AG and at ETH Zurich.

If you decide to contribute, please don't hesitate to contact me. I will read all email immediately, but sometimes I need some days or in the worst case a week for an answer (depending on the sleeping/crying/feeding habits of the baby).
