Publishing GeckoCIRCUITS as full Open-Source Solution

Hi there,

I told aready some of the users of GeckoCIRCUITS that the software will be published under the GPLv3. Now, finally, I found the time to do so.
The reason why the software will not be continued as a full proprietary / commercial tool is simple: My family became bigger and I decided to start a "normal" job in Industry.
However, this opens the opportunity for GeckoCIRCUITS to start a second life in the open-source community. As a big OS supporter, I am happy and proud to publish the whole software, and I would be happy to see it evolving in the open-source community.
