#3 big cmake patch

This patch does a number of things to the cmake configuration and installation process:
1. Detects whether the build target is 32 or 64 bit, and sets the library install path to /lib/gearbox or /lib64/gearbox accordingly.
2. Generates the .pc files according to the library install path.
3. Generates gearbox-config.cmake using a .in file, with the correct paths
4. Includes the GCC 4.4 build fix I submitted a while ago

This is all of the stuff I ended up patching while creating a Fedora RPM. I tweaked it all to apply to the svn trunk.
