#741 Consider to add a new File menu item "Rename File..."

Could you evaluate to add a new entry on the file Menu: "Rename file..."
On an opened file, the action is to rename the file (save the file with the new file and after delete the old file).
Example:
dummy.log -> rename -> dummy.txt

We already have File -> Save As -> Rename
