#726 open any folder as "project"

I'd like Geany to be able to open any arbitrary folder like it would be a project, but without creating or keeping any project files.

it could be open from the command line such as

$ geany .

or

$ geany ~/projects/geany

this would open a tree a files on the left rooted at this given folder.

 geany & find projects/test/ ! -wholename "*/.git/*" | while read filename; do if xdg-mime query filetype $filename | grep -q '^text'; then geany $filename; fi; done
