#119 perltidy support

Support for perltidy (code formatting tool) or other similar - so i can easily open a file and reformat it to the style i got used to :).
Even when i'm writing something to not think about right code formatting but just click on some icon and the code is "good looking" again :)

Hi,
It might be possible to do this already by using Select All and Edit->Format->Send Selection to, with perltidy setup as one of the options. I'm not familiar with perltidy, this would probably work if it accepts piped text.

If not, this would have to be done with a plugin as specific support for perltidy should not be in the core.
