#936 Open file !UTF at startup

Hi, Geany doesn't open a file from previous session if is not UTF-8 (predefined encoding), for example if is CP1252. I think that the problem is with the preferences, where, in File tab I unchecked the "Use fixed encoding ..." but at every restart I found it checked.
I'm on Windows 7 with Geany 1.22
