Hi Muhammad,

  If you have not read them yet please read the associated docs from:

http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/gdcm/index.php?title=GDCM_Summer_of_Code_2012#Export_From.2FTo_XML

  I would suggest you start getting familiar with GDCM code. Maybe
DCMTK command line tools could be a good idea too. If you have no
XML/XSL toolkit in mind, then you should start getting familiar with
at least one.
