[Gdcm2] Image Position Patient in vtkGDCMImageWriter

Hi there Mathieu,

I'm currently working on an interface around the DICOM writing
functionality in GDCM/vtkGDCM.  I see the following comment in
vtkGDCMImageWriter.cxx:
  // TODO: need to do Origin / Image Position (Patient)

Could you perhaps give an indication on when you think this
functionality would be available?
