#438 jpeg codec error

I have a problem with a specific file which is a multiframe file havivg 162 frames.
The problem is as follows in function JPEGCodec::DecodeExtent it returns false.
In the attachements you will find the file

Everything works as expected:

$ gdcmconv --raw hossam.dcm /tmp/raw.dcm
$ echo $?
0

[Hossam Mohammed]

But when use ReadIntoBuffer it returns false.
