#7 add temp folder to cache images

Currently all images are cached in memory. It should
create something like the "Temporary Internet Files"
folder.

While you are at it, when a URL is missing, it should not
keep trying to access it. The cache should have a
record with a flag for non-existent files and the name of
the temp file.
