#3 need common gedcom inport/export

Both BKEdit and the LifeLines interpreter need GEDCOM
inport and export, so they should be added to a common
utility library.

Gedcom import needs to handle media files (FILE under
OBJE). Maybe nothing special is needed for GenJ and
jLifelines, since they can access the files directly, but
for phpGedView it requires uploading the files. This was

Status update: The import is now done. See
gdbi/util/dbimport. There is no export yet. John is working
on the media update in gdbi/pgv.
