#14 GEDCOM import errors have wrong line number

When multiple GEDCOM import attempts are made the line
number counter for the GEDCOM file is not reset which
causes the wrong line number to be reported for errors.

For example, a 2000 line file with an error at line
1000 will have it reported at 1000 the first time it is
imported or attempted, but at 3000 the second time.
