Can't open /dev/dsp in 0.928
Brought to you by:

I installed using gdam_0.928-1_i386.deb, over my previous installation which worked fine as of 2 minutes before the new .deb installation. Now when loading gdam-server (or running gdam-launcher) I get these messages:
** WARNING **: error going to correct amount of frag (Invalid argument)
** WARNING **: opening device /dev/dsp failed
I'm running a potato distribution of debian, SMP kernel 2.3.48, using an OSS-emulation alsa sound card. Everything worked fine as of the previous install (0.927 deb package).
Thanks,
Sam
Sorry that i missed this bug report... is it still the case? Try explicitly
adding numfrags and logfragsize arguments to the server config
file. If that doesn't work, run with --debug and send me the output.
