[Algorithms] image map to degree (angle)

I am using the HTML image map ( http://www.maschek.hu/imagemap/imgmap ) to define the location

I need to be able to translate the x,y to Pan (  -180 and 180 degrees) and tilt ( -90 and 90 degrees) angles
I am using php
