#7 Pro-rating

First off, we are quite a large hosting company, and
this software comes closer to meeting our needs than
some of the solutions we looked at for $2,000 and $5,000.

Anyways, correct me if I'm wrong, but it needs to do
pro-rating. By that I mean only charging for a partial
month when you add a user, say, in the middle of the month.
