    About VMs…

When you were talking about automation my first though was to make some VMs to have a better reliable way of doing things. Well…

I have my own company, not related to anything of this, it’s a construction company. but I have my own IT infrastructure, I have servers and spare resources, so I can think of create virtual machines as a Build bench where we can automate the compiling of the release and publishing.

As my systems are important and mission critical for me in a business standpoint, they have several layers of protection for my data and availability, I count on 24h of battery reserve plus power generator, redundant isp’s and failover, data stored in RAID configuration, daily incremental hot backups, monthly cold backups off site and mirrored to Microsoft azure. So, anything put in there will have some degree of protection.

Also, I have my own Git repositories on my servers so more automation on that can be made easily (I only use git hub for your projects)

I can spare a couple of VMs for you and your dev team and add as many users as you want if you wish, you can connect via VPN and access all services.

As always, sorry for my English, I see that in the previous post have some wrong words.

Excellent. I have same here re servers, ups etc.

We should create two threads. 1. Development Plan 2. Toolchain Plan

Sorry, but I must admit and notice that a thread which started as a simple query for update becomes ... A TROLL !
