@Anobium,
HI2CSend( READ_I2C_ADDRESS) is in my case with I2C_Address=0xA4 the same as
HI2CSend( 0xA4) with this resulting i2c sequence...
@Stan,
I did the same what Chris advised to hook up the device with whatever channel number to a simple pulse and just began pushing the START button to see some pulses result in Saleae software.
Only then comes those detailed options.
Cheers guys. The logic 1.12.18 seemed to connect to clone automatically.
Gcb can be fun and creative easily or complicated.
experimenting with this is work not pleasure.
What I'm expecting is up to 8 ports displayed in real time, not stored for now.
8 channel dso real one is expensive.
I'll see what I can sort out, cheers
If you would like to refer to this comment somewhere else in this project, copy and paste the following link:
It is a single shot device that will fire on the trigger condition that you set.
It will the read and display X Samples from up to 8 channels.
where X is a function of available memory / sample rate and Number of channels.

It is NOT an 8 Channel DSO.
It is a single shot device that will fire on the trigger condition that you set.

it's not intuitive software and how this subject changed from converting picaxe to gcb. :)
https://support.saleae.com/user-guide/using-logic/using-protocol-analyzers
too complicated for me
I'm thinking or a x channel scope to iliglcd,
It would be if port hi/lo, no a-d
