#9 Doesn't fully graph z=x^(2/3) in 3D mode

In the 3D graph mode, the graph of z=x^(2/3) produces
only the positive side of the graph. I have found that if
you absolute value the x, it comes out fine, but that
shouldn't be neccesary.

I am using GraphCalc version 4.0.1 with Windows XP.

    This is not a bug. The square root function by design only
    returns a positive number. If both the positive and
    negative sides are desired, then "-x^(2/3)" should also be
    graphed as well.
