[Gc-linux-devel] Framebuffer vertical overscan patch

I can't see the top and bottom lines of text on the framebuffer in wii
linux on my TV.

This patch adjusts the y resolution of the framebuffer so that all
lines are visible.

It's a hack, but it does make it easier to type commands.
