Merged 2.6.24.
Added usbgecko driver.
Added fixes for: exi, gcn-sd, gcn-mic, gcn-gqr.
Adapted: gcn-bba, gcn-gqr, gcn-rtc.
Added very primitive support for the Nintendo Wii.
