Bought an SD adapter from Lik-Sang this morning for $30 plus $5 shipping. And they are actually quite easy to make. Assuming you have an old GC memory card you don't need anymore, and a Dremel, the SD connector is about $1.50 from Digi-Key. I have not yet figured out, though, how to remount everything after amputating the memory chip from the GC card, which is why I bought one (since it's going to be probably a month before I have a couple hours to play with this on a weekend and build something that resists the mechanical strain of card insertion and insertion into the GC. Dunno about the VGA cable piece though. Adam |
