750CXe is cache coherent. It's dcache supports the 3-state MEI protocol.
ISTR Todd turned this on to use arch/ppc/kernel/misc.S::flush_dcache_all()
for his GX stuff, but which doesn't seem to be used anywhere.
Besides, it is unlikely() anyone is running an SMP setup ;)
