[Gaul-devel] Tutorial updates.

Hi,

The GAUL tutorial has undergone some significant fixes, updates and 
additions recently.  There are still some portions that need to be 
written or extended, but the parts that I consider to be most important 
are complete.

I will not complete the tutorial prior to the next release, but in the 
meantime I would like to solicit for comments and suggestions.
